There are many different companies you can use to register your domain name.  Currently I am recommending 1and1.com.  They are the most inexpensive domain registrar with domains for $8.99 a year or less (note: this recently changed for ALL domain registrars due to new ICANN fees).  Remember your domain registration and your hosting are two different things.  You will pay a yearly fee to "own" your domain name and a monthly fee to "host" your website. You have to register your domain through an ICANN registered provider, but you can host your domain anywhere. 

After you register your domain name you can choose to host your website with our partner 1and1.com (Scroll down to the bottom of the page for packages and pricing!) and we at ITTOOLZ.com can provide you assistance via our remote admin. 

Second and beyond: build your website. You can do this on your own with commercially available web page building software, use templates provided by TemplateMonster.com, or you can give your ideas to us and we will build it for you!
